"Do I need to install the moss panels at my location?"
Nope! The moss panels stay on our premises, where they work to absorb CO2. You simply enjoy the environmental benefits, with no added hassle.
"Why don't you ship the panels?"
By keeping the panels on our premises, we reduce transportation emissions and waste, which is a more sustainable solution. You still get all the benefits without the carbon cost of shipping and hassle of upkeep and maintenance.
“What do I receive”
You will receive a digital certificate showing your contribution to reducing carbon emissions which can be displayed online or in person, and exclusive use of our “REDUCING CARBON EMISSIONS ”logo display too.
“What if I want to cancel my subscription?”
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Just drop us an email at ‘jh@ecomossuk.com’ with your request, and we’ll process the cancellation for you. Please note that cancellations take effect from your next billing cycle, and any payments already made are non-refundable.
“What are the panels made from?”
Panels are made from recycled wood pallets and chicken wire from thatched roofs, materials which would typically go to waste.
